Our Process
1-Harvesting
Location Identification: Shilajit is primarily found in the Himalayan mountains and similar regions. Our Expert Harvesters look for specific rock formations known to yield Shilajit.
Extraction: Our Team of extractors carefully chip away the layers of rocks to extract the resinous substance
2-Screening & Grading
The harvested Shilajit is then Crushed into smaller Stones
3-Cleaning , Grading , Screening
Smaller Stones cleaned to remove dirt, small stones, and other impurities. This is usually done by hand or with the use of brushes.
The material is sorted based on quality, with the best resin being set aside for further processing.
4-Sun Drying
Shilajit Solution is then taken out & goes through filtration process after filtration its places in trays & spread out under the sun to evaporate any remaining moisture. This step helps prevent spoilage and ensures that the resin hardens properly.
5-Packaging
Containers : The processed Shilajit after final quality check is packaged in airtight containers to protect it from moisture, light, and air, which can degrade its quality.
Labeling: Each package is labeled with information about the product, including origin, processing method, and suggested uses.
Storage: The packaged Shilajit is stored in a cool, dry place until distribution.
